New Business Consultation
When starting a new business, one of the most significant decisions you make is the type of legal entity within which you conduct your business. There are critical tax implications that should be considered with each type of entity. We will explore each option and help you determine which type of entity will provide the best structure for your business. In addition, we can assist you in forming the entity and properly registering your new business.
