How do you bill for your services?

We require payment upon receipt of all tax returns. Ongoing accounting and consulting services will be billed monthly. Payments can be made in person or over the phone and all standard forms of payment are accepted including most major credit cards (excluding American Express). 

HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY FOR SERVICES?
Our experience has shown that fees can generally be agreed to that are satisfactory to both you and us. Our fees are based on hourly rates depending on the person providing the services, the timing of such services, and the types of services being provided. Prior to beginning work, we can agree to a fixed fee for services to be provided or agree to hourly rates that will be charged.

What hours are you available?

We are available by appointment during normal business hours, which are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. 

What role do you play if the IRS audits me?

We are experienced in providing proficient audit support to the extend that you desire. 

How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?

We will need copies of your prior year tax returns (two years previous)  for personal and business tax returns. We will also need current financial statements for business tax returns.
